Title: Re: O-rings on COOL HEAD (by Pro Design)

They were designed to be used with an oem or equivalent head gasket.... Some folks ( including myself ) will cut grooves for o-rings in the head or cylinder to eliminate the gasket. There is some controversy over cooling issues when doing this, since the restriction
( redirection ) from the smaller orifices of the head gasket are no longer used. ( there is mods to combat this however! )

Hello everybody!
I close my top end of my new machine never used yet... A project abandoned by another guy around here...

I have a cool-head in a Ziploc bag with o-rings but I feel like it's missing a groove. Should it be milled?  Is it an unachievable plan?  Is it an oversight by the manufacturer?  Should I be ashamed of my question?  :D
