use the power valve adjusting knob ........ +k2

So I am new to power valved engines, is it possible to adjust my power valve so that it hits in the lower RPM'S of the power band? if so how is it done?
Again THANK YOU to all that apply.
-
Ok never mind, thanks for the info guys. I think I will play it safe and keep my stock head better safe then sorry.
-
cool head domes will require the same.
-
I do not have the tools needed to measure all that but it sounds like I would be better off going with a coo head set up if the dome would need re shaped.
-
measure the squish, the band, the the dome size.
Just milling a head is the worse thing to do.
