yea, like motorgeek said be careful.  Advancing the timing just a little will cause crazy kickback.  My foot has turned black and blue and it felt like it was broken.  Saw it happen to a guy one time and he was on crutches for a week after.

Thank you MotorGeek. I was curious if they used these on quadzillas like they do banshees.

The stock stator plate is slotted and has all of the timing adjustment that one would ever need.  Be careful playing with the timing.  I have never seen a good running engine that needed more than one to two degrees advance.

Most of my modified engine packages run std timing plus or minus 1/2 deg.  The shape of the combustion chamber determines what timing is optimum on a given engine package.

Does anyone know if they make an adjustable timing plate for the Quadzilla 500 like they do for Banshees?
