I got a spare set of rear sand tires I could bring.

I'd sell them cheap.

My cushion bearing flipped after standing it straight up at the dunes the last time i was there.  Just fixed it and she sits a lot better.

Going to rebuild the PV and i should be ready to roll.

Some of that sand you see came out of my carb...  AEM dry flow air filter is getting tossed.

Can you provide an address so I can see how long of a drive it would be for me?  I might be able to make it with my 2013 Honda 450R IF I get some new tires on it.  I've never had my Honda in the dirt or mud.  All highway miles and it shows!  Still has factory tires and chain.  if I take it to the sand, will it sand blast my pretty paint?  And does anybody have a set of sand paddles that'll fit my 13' TRX450R?  I'm just wanting to know if I could get a set off here instead of buying new ones.  Save $
You'll probably get some sand blasting on the frame and running on the bottom depends on if they peak like here in the PNW.  Don't really have to have paddles to dune but they can be nice especially out here where we have one way tree shots. I have a couple of spares set but only have one set I'd probably sell PM me and we'll see what we can work out.

ohhh it is a honda, doesn't have power to spin the tires.

or there is the saying, ignorance is bliss.

So long as you stay off the big dunes you can get by fairly well at Little Sahara in Ok w/o sandtires.

There is no argument, you will not have fun with OEM tires in the sand.
IF OEM tires worked so well in the sand, no one would buy paddle tires.

It is like saying, a prius works very well for driving to work everyday, but it isn't fun.

You need sand tires or you will not have fun.

really, you want to get in a **** argument about OEM tires working well in sand?

I'm jealous. I need a set of sand tires for my 450.  I would drive my 85' LT250R but I'm afraid there's still parts I'm needing for it.... IT NEVER ENDS lol

you dont HAVE to have sand tires.  If you have OEM they work fairly well, might get stuck a couple times.  I rode OEM on my 450 at Glamis

Got a group of guys heading to the dunes that weekend and wanted to see if there was any folks that wanted to join us.

Should be 7-8 us heading over there that Thursday or Friday to get a spot in the south camp grounds.

Lots of fun to be had!!!
