Do you have the rubber coated washer on the bolt that tightens up impeller

Only ? I have is when the impeller screw is tight is the spring on the mechanical water pump seal supposed to be fully compressed because I looked at sum water pump diagrams online an it looks like mines missing sum washers to fully compress the mechanical water pump seal spring. Any expert advise is appreciated.  Ty
