I'm going to attempt a rotor build. Thinking mild steel, CNC plasma cut, turned on a brake lathe to true it up. Powder coat inner portion of rotor!

not 100%, but this should fit a 87, he could also design another style, look at all the banshee style ones.

I have an LSR Axcalibar Rear axle.. I wonder if a banshee rotor hub would fit???? There are a TON of aftermarket rotors on eBay for like $45!!!

I'm thinking it would cut clean enough. Might have some dross to clean up. I know equivalent mild steel cuts real nice.

Will stainless cut clean enough? Iv always thought laser would be a better option... But let me know what you come up with and they do sell EBC drilled rotors and Iv got a saw blade looking one for my zilla ...

Need to get a new rear rotor for my 87 250? Is there a swap from another quad? OR should I make one on my CNC Plasma Table?
