ReallyReallyLoveMyZilla, did you find someone to duplicate that kit?

 (Y) I already mentioned I would be willing to send these parts off to someone in the fabrication industry to reproduce .

;D I don't mind to do the community a solid and get these parts back out there in circulation. ;D

--> My hope was that someone would have had experience with this kit and leave some comments as to it's effectiveness, and see if it's even worth reproducing . S~

Hey, I'm always up for new parts for our qr's.  Shouldn't be a pricy thing to make, and you could sell the kit with or without the ball joints.  Something for the builders and vendors to think about.  I'd buy it lol (Y)

I believe the Polaris Predators use the same set-up

First time I've seen this setup.  I understand what it is doing and would be curious if it eliminates the bump steer issue.  Downside of that setup would be the doubling of the ball joints that wear out.  OEM ones are spendy enough with just having to buy 4.

Good luck.

Could the same design be incorporated for the 250's?

That will definitely get the tie rods flatter and off the same plane as the a-arms.

I wonder if the steering is as tight as stock the setup?

Looks like they did a decent job of the fab.

Quick, put it together and let us know how it does!

To MR Sampson....Really ? I'm assuming you mean a ford tractor or something ??

To all other QRHQ members, Any info about this kit would be awesome.

I'm wondering if it would be worth it to try and reproduce it and bring it back to the community ?

I'm not a fabricator so I can NOT do it myself, but I would be willing to remove and ship these parts to a senior member that does fabrication. to reproduce if they could.

so due to the arrangement of my cappy pics, I just want to clarify.

There are 2 idler arms, 1 on each side of stem

Then there is a short mini heim rod going from stem to idler . One left and 1 right.

Then a shortend version of a zilla tierod from idler to steering flag( knuckle connection)

Just brought home this project

seams to have a bump steer kit of some sort ?

thoughts ?

feelings?

;D If someone may have any experience with this kit, please feel free to post. ( inquiring minds want to know )   (Y)

It's my guess that the kit's intention is to get the tierod to pivot at the same plane as the pivot point of the control arm, seams to work great when I cycled the suspension before teardown.

My pics ..... suuuuu haaaaa ccccc kkkkk !!!
