I haven't bought any of it yet but did find a BB kit when I looked around it made it around 100 cc I just picked up our first lt80 for my youngest son and am trying to make sure he can keep up with all of us this summer trail riding and maybe even the dunes ... So I cant really attest to anything as of yet...

Those ebay kits are working OK. You must check the ports as they can need some cleaning up. The last one I got was terrible.
Mr.Sampson, Where do you see a big bore kit? LASleeve discontinued them.
MacDizzy is a super smart guy but when he opened one of my motors, he learned alot. We chatted about it.
The big bores did make a lil more bottom end power but reliability is not good.
Porting is how to make more rpm's and power.

I found its cheaper to buy a kit off eBay it comes with jug head piston spark plug and the associated gaskets nuts studs and they offer a big bore kit that according to macdizzy adds substantial power when compared to a stock bore jug ... Good luck

Is there a service manual for the LT80 here anywhere?
A friend is supposed to bring his son's over for me to fix(late model, not sure year).
I haven't seen it yet, and all I know is that it suddenly has no power.
I need to know the basic specs, carb float height, compression, ect.
I *assume* these can be bored? Not plated/nickasil cylinders?
Thanks for any help.
