Does anyone know if the lower steering stem bushing dust cap is available anymore?
I have one ordered up hear in Canada so you should definitely have them down there.
-
I am pretty sure that dust cover is available on the Honda east site.
-
whats up? u cant find one? all it does is seal the lowest point.
Ya, it's probably not vital that I have it but it does give added protection.

Just installed a new brass steering stem bushing last night.Very simple to do.Just need to get a new lower seal and I'm good to go.Thanks guys.

You should be able to get every part you need to replace all bushings o rings and seals from Honda east website. They also have diagrams with part numbers so you can be certain that your ordering the correct part. The upper seem bushing is a pretty critical thing to replace if you have any play in your steer stem. I ordered everything I needed from my local shop but like I said Honda east Toledo would have everything as well.

no sweat. i like the plastic stock bushing. the aluminum ones are reverse engineered by morons.

its been a while but i did the top and bottom in no time flat. i dont remember needing o rings or seals. there is a perminent seal inside the large lower washer thingy.
make sure the 2nd little lower washer goes in the correct place. check the parts diagram.
