I only made my own spacers because I have access to lathes and mills at work so i did it in my free time. I might still have the sketch laying around with demensions from when i made mine. Could pm them to you if you would like

Can you give me some details on what you used to make your camber spacers. I need to get that done soon.

Love the ODI grips.  This is my second set on my 500.  I've also installed them on my son's 450, had them on my wife's 450, and even bought a set to use just one grip on my RUV grab handle.  Simple, easy to install (and remove), no glue involved, and you can even customize them if you want.  Keep those pics coming.

Thanks rogue! New needle and needle jet should be here next week sometime, hopefully that fixes some of my jetting issues. By the way i see you just put some ODI grips on your 500. How do you like them?
new pics coming soon hopefully

Looking pretty good.  I thought that with the frozen spindle and that carrier bolt, it was in pretty rough shape.  SuperNutt, what the heck are you starting with?  I guess mine was in pretty good shape to start ... just a bit of surface rust here that I had to deal with.

Keep it up and keep those pictures coming.  Love to see the work of others.

Thanks! it still needs some carb work, and alot of miscellaneous stuff. Would like to get an 88 carb or have mine fixed (messaged carl earlier). Once its running good and strong new rear hubs, front spindle and hub conversion and rims are going to be on my to do list. And one day a better pipe, hpr, Dr Q or AAEN.

Looks like you had a nice quad to start with.  I am not so fortunate.  The 87 that I am going to redo shortly is pretty beat and needs it all.  Looks great!!  Hope it runs as good as it looks....

Hey guy long time lurker of the forum and fan the 250s and 500s. Finally picked up my first 500 in mid july and instantly started rebuilding it soon as it was home. was in serious need of crank bearings and seals and a new top end. But it did have new suspension bearing/bushings, new plastics and fresh powder coated frame.
What it looked like when i picked it up

Hour or so after getting home

Took a welder, 2 spare nuts, a torch and a 12ton hydraulic jack to get this bolt out and it still came out tight the whole way
