also, check the throttle cable for binding and that it's adjusted properly.

If i remember correctly the short time i ran a PWK, there's not much room at the top of the carb and had issues with binding.

Just an update the bike is cutting out mid throttle to wot I dropped the needle clip to the leanest setting and swapped from a 180 main to a 175 main (39pwk carb) still cuts and bogs in and out from half throttle to wot. Just ordered 172, 170 and 168 main jets for it. The silencer seems like there is no packing in it at all because of how loud the bike is compared to my freshly packed q pipe. So thinking that may have an effect on it so going to repack the silencer tonight and the smaller mains should be in tomorrow. Once I repack I'm going to test it and see what it does. Camber on this bike isn't corrected and it handles like **** so it's sketchy to wind out 3rd and 4th gear. Even with the bog though I can tell a huge difference in power from this motor setup compared to mine, this thing is a turd by comparison.

Pretty sure you're right on all 3, unless someones re-ported the cylinder after CT tagged it.

So this thing showed up at my house to have the carb tuned. Pretty good looking Zilla but the front end geometry is stock and makes my skin crawl to look at it! Lol correct me if I'm wrong but that's a trinity pipe right? Porting done by CT and it has the 39pwk.
