Title: Re: TM38 spigot ring

That is a very good question. It's because when I bought it from Amazon for $135, the description didn't say anything about it being a small spigot. But in my case, I don't think this carb needs to be bored any. It's already replacing a Kehin 28 (?) mm carburetor. This is for my 82 Honda ATC-250R.

I just ordered a Mikuni TM38-86 carb for one of my other projects. But the spigot mount seems to be a smaller diameter than the TM38 zilla style carb. Ive seen an adapter ring on some of these carbs to increase the mounting diameter to fit tightly into the carb boot. Where can I find these rings or who makes them?

Why not just buy the large spigot TM38?  The small spigot TM 38 cannot be bored.
