Yeah I think it is but also. I am not sure how much I like the American Star setup. I bought it cause it was cheaper than all new ball joints and OEM tie rod

I know you said you found the problem, just wanted to say that, in the pic, your left tie rod end looks like it's maxed out, is that from the bent frame? Just in case. Lee

Not a huge deal I have it stripped down and my friend is straightening the frame for me

Well I have it figured out my front frame is bent:(
That sucks, but now you can talk to Iceracer about a yfz 450 front clip.

You can measure the drop eye 2 eye on from the center of the upper shock tower mount to the lower shock mount, if they are both equal then it's not the A-arms or their drop.

twisted frame?

Pull off your shock and check the length. It may have bent the shaft in your shock if it bottomed out hard. Sounds like you have all the other basics covered.

Take your A-arms off & either lay them on top of each other to physically compare them to each other or trace them out on a piece of paper then impose one drawing over the other to compare the two. This will either confirm that an A-arm is tweaked or that they are both good.

Well I replaced the left side spindle thinking i may of bent one of the knuckles but I was wrong. What else would not allow the a-arm to go all the way down?

Last spring, after I finished my 2 year long rebuilt of my Zilla, I made a dune trip. I ended up launching it over a razorback 4 gear pinned. Needless to say I tumbled it pretty good. I ended up bending a brake rotor, a tie rod and snapped one of two bolts on the steering knuckle piece that connects to the tie rod. Also my left side a-arms would not go to full droop which is my main problem.

The a-arms look fine and don't seem tweaked, I also replaced all ball joints and insatlled a new tie rod kit from american star. I am thinking its my spindle. Has anyone had a similar problem to mine?
