ok then take a close look at the electrical connections. is the spark plug new. a fouled plug could cause the symptoms you describe. there is a sticky here with a manual that shows testing procedures for the magnito cdi and coil. i had a loose wire from my coil and it did the same thing. started up and ran but when i gave it throttle it would wanna die. the connection would go bad as soon as it started to vibrate.

do you have a fuel filter. if installed backwards it will starve for fuel. check to see flow direction. hope this helps.

I took the whole carb apart has not been washed. It starts easy and I can drive it but it won't Rev out. As soon as I try to hammer on it or even ease into going fast it just completely bogs out.

hello. forgot to mention you may want to check electrical connections from the cap to the plug and the bolts that ground wires to the ignition coil. the cap to high tension wire can go bad too. trim the wire and screw the cap back on.

hello did you wash it? if you did you may have gotten water in carb or bottom end of motor through a leaky exhaust connection or airbox manifold leak. remove the drain plug from bottom of float bowl and remove gas and water install new sparkplug and restart. hope this helps.

Ported polished ftz pipe keihen carb. Starts and idles great. Cleaned the carbs cleaned and reoiled the K&n filter still will not Rev up. Any help would be great can't figure it out.
