P.B. Blaster Kicks A$$ !
Way better than WD40 !
There is another company that makes a penetration oil that I think is better than P.B. Blaster, The company name is Kimball Industries. Stuff smell like cherries but really works great for frozen bolts, nuts, and hardware.

RUn2It... I'll hafta try that combo and see if it works. Thanx for the input on that homemade formula.

To do the hump steer mod. The left steering horn (the black piece that the tie rod attached to) needs to go on the right side and the right to the left. In doing so they need to be turned upside down also. So instead of facing up they are down.

This is stock setting

The best penetrating oil is homemade, 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF. Acetone will creep into very tight tolerance and take the thin ATF with it. Saw a test in a magazine years ago that confirmed this. Lee

I read about this mod and it seemed easy enough to do... However today as Im trying... I cannot get the tie-rod to budge for the life of me... Any tips on how to loosen the end up a bit so I can twist it upside down? I would wrench on it harder... But, normally when I do that I break something or bend something.
