Title: removing pinion gear

So i posted last month about a ltz 250 noise , i do think it is the diff bearings  i was able to replace all the bearings and seals in the diff and axle except the pinion gear bearings . i am not sure how to get the pinion out of the housing seems as if you may need a puller ,or i read a special socket not sure any info would help, and a long shot if there is a way to do it without the specialty tools! I could not find anything on web .
