I was treated to a VForce 3 Reed from my wife.. Now.. I have everything cleaned up.. do i install the gaskets dry or put something like Permatex High Tack on both sides of gasket surfaces?

Yes we have gaskets and reed cage assemblies

Do you have any aftermarket reed reed/cages and gaskets for sale?

Use a gasket between both the reed and cylinder and the reed and rubber manifold. We make a reed that uses the 12 petal V2 reed cage

I have an 87 lt250r. With the stock reed cage, intake, and carb.
What do you recommend to seal the intake and reed cage surfaces? I recently had my carb apart to clean and rejet. Now I have a bad air leak. The old gasket looked like hell.
Does a gasket go between the reed cage and cylinder or between I take and reed cage. Or both?
Also. Do they still make an "87 plate" so I could use a 6 bolt V Force on an 87 motor?
Thanks
