Need some guidance.

Just picked up a free 34mm Keihin 34mm PJ. I have the stock Mikuni 34mm. Which one is a little better carb?

I run between 600-1100 ft elevation. There is a fresh top end (un sure of bore or any headwork). Boyesen reeds, air box lid removed, a Paul turner midrange pipe with fatboy silencer. I run a race/93 octane mix at 32-1. 

What jetting should I be around?
