I haven't done this myself yet, but there's a screen or filter in the fuel pump that needs attention from time to time. Might give that a look

so I have a 2006 ltr 450 with quite a bit of motor work done and now recently when I start it about 3 seconds into running the fuel injection light comes on and starts idling rough. stays running but can tell its not running right. any suggestions?
