I agree it depends on the condition. No one wants to see a decent Zilla cut up and turned into a ghetto rig.
But it sounds like your treating your Zilla pretty well (Y)

How original and clean? Post pics. I say if it has oem plastic don't race cut them the motor is now " jerry reliable" so the motor mods IMO are worth it. Put shocks on it save oem ones and put them back on when you sell it!

What's the consensus, I've got a clean 87` Zilla that was all original when I got it. I put a HPR pipe on it and sent jerry my motor, which is now making around 75hp. My question is, would it be better to preserve this bike in it's original condition other then the pipe and motor, or build a custom bike with updated suspension, breaks, powder coat, ect?
