I agree with you if u have a good chain.   Just got done with transmission rebuild and ran through my head.  I would hate for the chain to break the case.   I've had my racer for 12 years and haven't broke a chain. I like that case saver that wraps the shift shaft though.   Will see I guess.  Thanks for the info

Buy a good chain and you wont even have to have a case saver. Ive had my rk mxz4 on my drag bike for 3 years and it hasnt even stretched one bit.  Before that I had a primary drive I had to adjust after every night of racing.

I never seen or heard of anyone making a case saver that doesn't mount to the case for any ATV, dirt bike, or anything.

Has anyone on here manufactured a case saver that does not directly mount to the case?    I'd like to see some ideas that possibly bolt to the frame rather than the case and running the risk of busting the case half if the chain spits.
