God I hate to think of her lung power reduced...... ;D
Frank uhhh I wear glasses to read with just to warn you. You better be tacking your modification together and checking the fit before burning in the final welds.... Just a warning ! Post up your grab bar! And yer babe!
P* P* P*
-
looks like she had a reduction. WHY???? lol
-
Thank you! now I have the exact measurements for me to build the part, as soon as the TÜV approved it I'll do pictures or rotating a clip, of course with Gf, I just hope it's not too offensive for the U.S. ... thanks again if I could I would send you 100 liters of beer. Frank

16:48 at night ... I've Equals Feierabend Yay!
please give me the Masurement that I can build the part about the weekend ... Frank
-
As always, Dez is the man!
-
Frank you're lucky, here in the USA your not allowed to ride with a passenger unless the atv is designed so. I can get what you need after breakfast
-
Ok so you need to know how far from the mounting points is it to the edge of the rear plastic behind the seat so you can bend the bar up at that point?
-
This is correct
I have nothing !
-
He's wanting to know how far out on the rear grab bar do the plastic cover when installed so he can bend the exposed portion of the grab bar up to create a back rest looking place for his passenger to hold onto.
Frank I'm assuming you have a stock rear grab bar correct? Or are you fabbing one up from scratch (nothing)?
-
not a sissy bar HeHe
I thought behind the plastic has a bend at a 45 degree angle coming up ...
maybe 20cm in the near of her a.. :-)
-
Frank your girlfriend has awesome lungs!
Length of the fender hmmmm.... Not understanding that one
Use your gf pic to clue me in.... Man she's hot P*
Are you trying to make a sissy bar (back rest?)
-
Jes exactly that .... I mean! thank you!
I can not measure itself.
because my bike stands at TÜV .
now I need only the length of the fender.
because I have to bend a bit high ... so that the can hold my Gf on it ...
usually to the hold on to me!!!
But the TÜV think if we even understand ourselves not as good ... then they can hold on to at least grabbar ;-)
Like this...

I can get pics with a measuring tape? Let me know if these are what you need
-
What kind of grab bar are you wanting to build? The only measurements that are needed are the mounting points on the frame and what size bolt holes are needed.
-
I must build for the German TÜV
( Technical Overwatch team)
a grab bar for me and my girlfriend to drive on the road.
someone has built and can tell me, the measurments ?.
Greetings Frank
