ok i found a thrtl cable with the curved end on it, i am gonna try that first.

Sudco has them in different lengths and bends so you might find the exact size and all that you need if you check their catalog more. My phone couldnt handle keeping the catalog loaded long enough for me to search through it all

Which carb are you using? I might have one, but it might need some love to work....iirc it came off the stock carb on my long gone 84 Tecate 3wlr
