its happened to me also  i drilled them out till the head of the screw came off then pulled the cap off and turned the rest off the screw with channel locks.

Same here. It's easier to find rezzi screws for an LTZ400.

Or just do this (with a longer hose of course)

i have cut screw with dremel just put slot in it to fit screw driver and they come out, but matt i have screws
i just gotta see what ones fit.

Same thing happened to me on both my reservoirs I used easy outs on all 4 screws they all came out.

Here's what I have Deebo. Not sure if it's from a 500 or 250. I believe its a 500 cause its mure squared off if my memory serves me right. Since I was blessed with a pay it forward recently you get the same love if its what you need I have no screws for it and no gasket. Just what you see here.

On the one I have, the screws are stripped out beyond being able to remove.  I may be able to get them out, gonna try today while I'm off work.  I'll let you know
