rebuild the carb first before you go changing jets.

it was all stock before and ran fine, I just needed something with a little more power

Was it stock before? But you will need to rejet it if you swapped to fmf and vf3 reeds.

the carb is also puking gas out of the bottom, so I might need a rebuild kit.(or just a new carb)

im having trouble keeping my 88 250 running. it has a completely stock engine and carburetor. ever since I put on the vforce 3s and the fmf fatty, it only wants to run with the choke on. it only takes about 1/8 of an inch of choke and my choke is spring loaded so it falls back when I let go. I think I need bigger jets, but im looking for a second opinion.
