I'll have to check it over when this work week is over.

When I took the motor out I was kinda suprised that there was only two rubber bushings between the motor and the swinger arm sides. Is that really all there is or am I missing something?

Yea could be. Check swingarm  bolt excesses wear  and bearings.   But it could just need everything bolts ed together to.
Title: Play in the rear end?

I just replaced the my stock rear shock with a newly rebuilt one that I replaced the bearings in, in an attempt to remove some of the obsessive play in the rear end, I had trouble getting the two metal spacers in place on the bottom of the shock, it seems as though the mounting point was bent at some point. Should I try to straighten this out so I can fit them? or are they not a big deal?

Also there is less play but still not all of it is gone, when I pull up on the grab bar I see the main movemnt between the swinger bolt and frame, Currently I do not have the motor in place or the swinger bolt tightened, Could this be causeing it?
