Terry cable makes a braided steel throttle cable that looks pretty sweet...

They can make custom cables. They can modify yours also if needed.

I sent motion pro my ltr450 throttle & cable , they gave me a twist throttle kit for the trouble. They said I had the first ltr450 they knew of! Thank you again Larry

Or Terry Cable also, if your +1 on the stem you want to get a custom cable.

Use your cable from the 39pwk, a zilla cable will be too short also without the OEM 500 Carb cap it is recessed and don't have the adjuster on the top.

Check the way you routed the cable too. Sometimes that's makes a difference

I just put a new mikuni tm 38mm on my 91 lt250. When I put the cable in the slide it was tight. Twisted all the slack out of thumb throttle. Help a little.  Still to tight causing slide to lift. Got it down enough to control slide height. Put not enough slack in the cable. Anyone else have this problem. Should I order a zilla throttle cable. Would zilla cable fix this.
