The cylinder was ported, the intake was ported , problly too much as my guess, it is ****, if I ride long enough u can see the dirt build up in that area.

It's easily weldable if it's actually a crack. And don't use paint stripper or brake cleaners to remove the paint. It will cause a gas called phosgene that's very toxic when welding.
Problem is why did it crack sk mtbkngs not flat or all thE gasket was not removed.

remove the paint then recheak   it

The crack is very small, mite even be hard to see, it looks like a lightening bolt.
