lots of good oils out there, the only thing i suggest is NOT using BelRay Gearsaver. Caused my tranny to start pitting and rusting.
-
^^ this is true my shift shaft seal is in need of replacement and the ATF leaks pretty good while sitting from it.
-
Atf will work good if your seals are up to par and you should change it every ride or so.
-
I use type f ATF as well
-
I use ATF.
-
ATF type F ! Works great change frequently.
-
So you say no synthetic oil, so the ams oil 4 stroke use is not good. Or do you mean synthetic motor oil.
-
Some folks use an SAE 30 oil, others use ATF. Just don't use any synthetic motor oils or anything with anti friction additives as this can burn out your clutches.
-
I use shell rotella t 15-40 diesel oil works great even in the cold and it's cheap always have it laying around as I use it in my truck too. It's wet clutch approved
-
I use amsoil 4 stroke synthetic wet clutch 10w 40w in winter and the 20w 50w in summer.
