A PJ38 will fit in a stock LT250R intake so I bet it'll fit in a stock TRX intake too. Or maybe find a CR250 intake. Don't those fit the ATC and TRX's? The PJ38 is a good carb. Kinda finicky but a good carb. I have a quad vent PJ for my zuki I'm waiting for summer to get here so I can try it out

Iirc you will need a new intake boot for the 38pj. Take the stock carb an sell it to a blaster owner

So if I plan on running the LRD, I should now be looking for a bigger carb? I have a PJ38. Is that too big? I am assuming if I use it, I will need a different intake. Similar to what was needed to run a TM38 on my lt250r?

If you have the stock PJ carb you will want to go to a larger Pwk at the least 36. Trx's want to breathe especially with a pipe.

I was very excited about it! It should be a fun bike to play with. I just picked up and LRD pipe for it. I think that is all I am going to change at the moment.

I shoot both the 870 and 1100. I love the guns and gauge!  I have a Winchester M12 in one as well.  Great upland guns.

What a great deal you got on that 250R. I had an '88 at it was an awesome quad. I'd probably have a heart
attack if I was able to get a deal like that.

So do you shoot a Remington 870 or 1100 in 28ga?

This has been posted on CL for a few weeks.  I finally couldn't take it any longer and had to call about it.  It is a one family owned bike purchased in 1987.  The grandfather bought it and passed it to his grandson when he died.  It is primarily stock, with the exception of new plastics, seat cover and a new top end. It has not been ridden much in the last three or four years. He has all of the paperwork for the bike. I am pretty excited to take this thing out. I was pretty surprised that this bike did not sell the first day it was posted. The PO said he is a fisherman and works 12 hours a day 7days a week. He never could find time to meet up with anyone! I guess I found the golden ticket!

It needs a little work. It was stored with gas in the tank and carb. He got it to start and idle but it dies when you open the throttle. Nothing a little cleaning won't fix!! I paid $800 for the bike.  Not too bad of  deal I'm thinking!
