Those clips break easily. Go to Suzuki dealer and get new ones. I bought 3 top ones and 3 bottom ones last time I needed them they are super cheap and if you break one next time you will have an extra one.

Well that little plastic bushing seems to not be holding that rod in very well as it fell out again. Any tricks to get this to stay in or should I just order a new bushing/plastic clip?

Nope, is that the dial on the opposite side of the engine?  Could you give me a quick walkthrough of what I should do?

I looked through the little glass window on my 90 lt250r and noticed the rod and white clip came out and was disconnected to the valve.  I took the little window section off and attached the rod. When I reved the engine a little I didn't see any movement. Is there a way to adjust this or some.steps I should take to sort this out?
