Bbdr today got 1st in single open bike was running good. 6.6's all night. They shortened the track to 300ft at the end of the night. I got one 4.3 in the  my tranny started acting up... time to tear apart for next year.

Well got 2nd place in single cylinder open. No1 was faster than me once I got the bugs straightened out. I beat myself with a red light in the last round but I ran 2 10ths faster than my opponent. Oh well im very happy I got all the bygs worked out and finished the night with a with 2 very solid 6.660's

Ya depends on the batch for the 110. It has a wide range for SG. C12 should be always within .001+-.

So your saying the 110 should run alot leaner the the c12? Maybe thats why my bike always seemed to like 110 better than c12.

Ice ive switched between vp110 and c12 and didnt ever notice a huge diffrence. This stuff was called vp blue which from what I read was c12 w/o dye for nhra purposes... once I put it in it wasnt running for ****. Btw its not too late I was so mad I havnt even looked at my bike in over a month so its still like this. You think I should just try some fresh 110? Im kinda stumped I never seen this b4.

FYI. I know its a little late but VP 110 is way off of what c12 jets . And if you look at the SG its all over the place. C12 is .717...    110 is .720-.735. Makes the float sit higher effectively  leaning the overall mix out. I tried it and it was nightmare to jet for.

Well had a very disappointing night at the track Saturday.  So I get there and they do the shootout like a bracket with every1 getting 2 qualifying passes. My bike laid down 2 of the fastest smoothest passes of the year. Ended up qualifying #1 and had like 2 10th's on the rest of the field. Meanwhile, I've been having float problems in my lectron so my float sticks and drains my 2 qt tank bone dry. I tear the carb apart and see the problem and fix it. The night before my fuel supplier was out of my normal vp110 that I run so I went to a different local guy who races stock cars he has vp blue it was called which from what I read was c-12 w/o dye in it for nhra purposes. So I buy 3 gals and mix it 24:1 the usual for my drag motor. Keep in mind I've switched between c12 and 110 with minimal changes but the 110 always seemed to run the best. So I make 3 passes and all 3 where a f'n disaster I had massive bogs and the bike just seemed flat almost like it was pig rich all the sudden. I haven't even looked at the bike since as I was so disgusted that I let the big purse and bragging rights slip thru my fingers after making every1 super nervous qualifying. All I can say is I know for damn sure them 450 boys where glad to see it happen. Sorry for the rant in still fired up about it. If my gf wasn't there I may have left the bike sit there. lol!

If you're interested in a drag bike talk to chris stapelton.  He built a bad arse drag bike then put it up for sale and I don't think he ever sold it.

Bike had everything you could ever ask for on a drag bike.  Think he even had a custom built liger motor for it and at least 2 chassis.

Saturday july 12th single cylinder shoot-out at bbdr come one come all big money payout plus the bragging rights for the next year. My zilla will be there trying to make up for the last 2 shoot-outs.. Diffrence is I actually got a good bit of track time in this season before the shoot-out and got the bike running very very well. Should be a good turn out and hopefully I long day of me busting 4 stroke ass.... :-)

well race season is just around the corner hopefully i can get some of the hq family to come have some fun. This invite comes with a disclamer as drag  racing is rediculously fun and gets addictive. Even just to watch. My mom and dad go and watch and have a blast.

last race of season saturday raced in single cylinder open and the 500cc 2 stroke class. Braught home another first place in the single cylinder open and really held my own with the 4-10 mill cubs. Didnt beat the times i ran last week but i did back them up with a few more 6.5s. get a better chassis and ill be right there with the banshees. Its gonna be a long winter ;)

15t is the max up front.  There are limits to how fast anyone can dune any bike.   Up, down and lots of turns require a wide powerband, lot of shifting, good SUSPENSION and lots of balls to go fast when your not 100% sure whats over the next lip.  With 14 x 40-42 3rd and 4th gear duning is moving pretty good.   Tire rollout plays a part there too.

If you were duning that bike, can the motor pull a 16 tooth counter with the 40 in the back? And will it even fit. From what I have seen, Hall motors like higher gearing. I was wondering if that would be too high. Thanks

some guys dont run bars and are rediculous consistent some how depends on ure chassis but i notice the guys w/o bars are inconsistent but still do well. my bike with +3 isnt at all.
