thanks for the advice on the swing arm, i was a wondering if the 92 axle carrier would work in a 87-90 swing arm and if the 92 rear shock is compatible with the 89 frame? it seems as if the 92 shock mounts upsidedown compared to the 89 but would it work with the 87-90 swinger , thanks for the help!

It will work with lots of cutting and welding.

Sell the 92 swinger and shock here and get an 87-90 setup, It is a lot easier. The 91-92 set-up should sell fast.

It won't work without MAJOR frame modification. Not worth it just get a 87-90 swingarm or an aftermarket.
