Cerro Blanco dune in the Sechura Desert, Nazca, Peru. a little higher at 12,454 feet.

Im chiming in with the easiest. Oregon coast starts out at Zero Elevation!

Starting this thread to give travelers a source for elevation changes to make jetting changes when traveling to dunes. If you are a local please give elevation to your nearest dune riding area. Michigan, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, ext... lets keep the b.s. to a minimal for a reference page! Thank you for the input.
