Seriously, a variable speed jigsaw with a fine blade. Make you hard outlines with masking tape. Then rough sand straight with 80 grit on a sanding block, then 220, 400, 600 wet and polish. I love the cut on my hybrid, zilla and 250 plastics there all the same.

Hack saw, jig saw with fine blade, dremel, grinder w/ cut off wheel.  Lay it out with masking tape for straight edges.  Sand edges smooth to knock off fuzzies.  Some have hit the edeges quickly with propane torch or heat gun to smooth add shine to edges. ( I would practice this on the scrap ends first to know how much heat to apply)

CAKE KNIFE

soldering iron and pocket knife, pocket knife, then use a file to semi-finish the edge, end with steel wool.
