That little KFX is such a well built machine. I traded a welder for it. . The only thing bad about it is the large brake handles. They are a little too big for small hands. It's powerful enough that I was able to ride double with him to teach him. It'll pull his little butt up any hill. It's got a real low center of gravity. I wish they had more aftermarket support like the can ams, but it's been extremely reliable too.
Not sure what they retail for but they are solid.

Took my 5 yr old on his first ride outside our neighborhood.
We went to eagle creek hare scramble park in Owen county ky.
It was an absolute blast! He rides a KFX 50 four stroke. He handled the rocky hills like a little boss!
Daddy was proud! Had to help him out a few times, and managed to not foul any plugs on the LT250 just idling around with him. It was such a good day, I just wanted to share with all my quadracer buds here.
I know the sport is getting more and more expensive every day, but I highly recommend getting your youngsters started early, if at all possible. Buying them helmet goggles and boots. Then you'll have a riding partner for life!! I'm gonna try to post some pics.
He just started riding at the beginning of this summer, and is learning really fast! It'll be time for a big bore kit on his fitty real soon!!
