Do the reliability mods, add a little porting & get a good pipe and you will have a screamer.

Yeah, I talked to JH and to be honest-dollar for dollar compared to other quads it takes a little too much $ to get the HP I was hoping for. I think a few decals, a good pipe, carb, and reeds is all I'm gonna do for now. Its a fun machine, but its not the beast of my childhood daydreams. Still its a good tight quad, and I'm sure it will get some upgrades soon.

$1424 what a weird but fantastic price! Looks awesome but gotta get rid of all that stock junk, it belongs in a storage tub! Welcome to the Zilla family they're addictive to rebuild.

Thanks. It still has the original piston, and and other than the cosmetics it is all original. Guy gave my the owners manual, BOTH keys, and all the maintenance records. I'm the third owner, but it was in the same family since new. I am almost ashamed to say I only gave 1424.00 for it!!

Hi guys, I'm Dave, I'm 39 and I just picked up my first 500. I have a couple TRX 250r's and some Banshee's but this my first Zilla. I will try and get some picks up. I hope this will work, I'm no computer guru!
