just tack a plate and a fiber together then put a handle on it.

ive made some tools and could make one of these tools easy but for the price im gonna pick one up to have around to take to the track etc.

Ahh.. I stand corrected.. Looks like ill be welding a steel to some scrap metal soon.

My tool holds both the bolt slides into the slot in the basket and holds the hub while also not allowing the basket to move either.

you only need to hold the hub to tighten the nut

 Yah but that only holds the basket. The tool on ebay holds the basket and hub.
