Y'all want me to take one for the team and order some in to see how they are?

Yes please!

Arite I will. Lemme make sure this dude isn't going to charge me 180 for this YZ top end after he posted public ally he wanted 160 for it... So long as he takes 160 I'll get the bushings ordered ASAP
Excuse's is all I see...

If you will make them I will give them a shot for sure! It's be great to keep expanding our store on here and to have a place to get them easily! I wonder how the 4 different types of materials would test against each other. Brass vs Delrin vs polyurethane vs aluminum,,,, I would say steel but I bet they would rust and seize unless you've got REALLY good seals. And steel on steel wouldn't pivot well either huh? Hmm....

Umm the plastic ones are Polyurethane. Id be willing to make a set for some1 to try maybe i could offer these if they work out good. The brass ones will last alot longer than needle bearings imo. My stocker zilla has all brass bushings in all the shock when i redid it all the shock bearings where shot and where $$$$ to replace so i made custom brass ones with new pins and they worked fantastic. On my drag bike the a arm bushings dont have any steel pins in them.... they pivot on the bolts the bushings fit snug into the arms and the holes in the bushings are same size as the bolts they are Polyurethane light weight but then again thats on a drag bike.

I've heard they last longer and are cheaper, easier to replace,,, but I'm not sure. I'm hoping they are cheaper really. I got some zilla arms needing them lol

Any advantage to running the bushings?I,ve always used the bearings and they seem to hold up well.

I think I'd prefer the brass just because I don't have any experience with the plastic ones. The plastic ones are Delrin or something like that right?

Not sure if they sell them but thats what i use ive made both brass and hard plastic both work well. Have the plastics un my bike now very light weight.

Isn't there a kit offered to convert over to running bushings in the pivot tubes instead of needle bearings?

And do the 250 and 500 use the same a arm bearings?
