Pulled the spacer and no o ring. The spacer has a taper at the end. Does it just sit in there ad get pushed back on?

No, sorry. You will just have to take the oem ring to the store and find a few that look like they will work then give them a try.

i dont suppose you know the o ring size so i can get another to try that?

If the seal, 29 in the picture, is good, try replacing the oring, 36, with a fatter one that has a smaller ID. This causes it to fit tighter around the shaft and seal a little better between the bearing and the spacer.
I had this problem with my 89 250 in 89. After changing the seal and oem oring a couple times and still having a leak, the tighter, fatter oring fixed the problem. It hasn't leaked since.

my lt250r has started leaking oil out from behind sprocket, can anyone tell me the correct name for the seals so i can replace them as i cant find them, can i change it with out splitting the engine by removing sprocket and spacer and dig the old one out?
