Think im gonna need to use a conventional spring shock cause $700 used is a bit out of my league for right now.
-
yeah so are the elka stage 4 and i personaly think the fox are better you can set them up and set your own spring rates with air pressure instead of keeping springs on hand and changing them out takes time and sucks.
-
Think I just shat myself. [|]
-
You got the TCS for free then lol? or 300 for the tcs gave them back then added another 400 ?.. just cant see 700 for slightly used shocks but you gotta do what it takes I guess.
-
i know the guy had them rebuilt and he ran them for 3 races because i didnt like the tcs shocks he gave me so he wanted the tcs back and 400 bucks and he gave me his floats and he ran the tcs.
-
$700 new or used ??
-
Nice ride!
-
i believe both shocks together only weight like 5 lbs. i am not to consernd about weight savings as i am in durabilty i now the floats are very light.
-
What's the weight savings? No springs.... Gotta be afew lbs
-
yeah i will never get rid of those shocks they are so easy to adjust of any track conditon, more ride height less ride height, soft hard with a stiff bottom out or soft bottom out. i got them dialed in pretty good now took about 5 races last year to figure out the pressure to run, they are very plush the first half of travel and stiffen up nicely to prevent bottom out. so braking bumps what braking bumps. i couldnt pass up the price 700 for float evo's spring shocks are nice also but you dont have the adjustabilty of the air shock.
-
Dang I didn't realize those shocks were that big! Holy shite.
-
Wow. Amazing. Those shocks=drool
-
Thanks. They still sell it! $150. I'll have one on my motor before I bolt it on the quad
-
I literally NEED that stator cover. It's not a want. It's a need. That's what I'll tell my wife. Where can I get one, and how much?
Check with Rickey at RIS Designs. I know they at least used to carry them at one point in time.
-
i had to put the shifter up that high because i couldnt fit my boot under it had a hard time shifting.

Also what rear end is that ?

Awesome brother! You racin that LT? If so, thanks for keeping the 2 strokes alive. That's bad asS.
Hope u can get the motor all lined out. Got any race videos? Any go pros of the LT in action?
Only thing I don't like is the shifter. Set it down one notch and turn me loose on that thing!!
-
The stance is just plain sexy!! D? Not a fan of the new color scheme though.
-
i race at mpx in mich and logroad next year going to be racing the glmx seires i have been running the expert class and 25+, this year i dropped down to the b class and have been winning with a 30 second lead. i should go back up to expert i was finishing 2/3
-
the shocks are from a 09 ltr 450 longtravel i LOVE the shocks they are so plush and still dont bottom out, i am using burgard 3+1 long travel arms he tells you to use stock yfz shocks but they dont work took me like 3 years to find the right shocks for it.
-
Nice work Motoman! I think I got the same carb on my 87! I wish all the rest of my parts matched yours! Where u race at? What class? I really got the itch to go racin again!
