I will try that this weekend if i have some time to ride and i will let you guys know how it went. Thank you for all your help. (Y)

Adjust the spring so that the valve stays closed all of the time and give it a test ride. Then tell us how much difference you can feel.

LOL I do love full throttle :)) If i was to install a power valve block off so i wouldn't have to worry if it is closing all the way or if i'm losing power on top end how much low and mid will i lose if any?
-
Must be operating at those warp speeds (Y)

How do you know if your power valve is working the way it's supposed to?? Is are power valves opening and closing when it should be how do we know?? And if the power valve is not working the way it should be can it damage the motor in any way??
Ken:
If all of your riding is like the riding I saw in your videos, your RPMs never drop low enough for your power valve to be of any benefit.
BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!

If its not operating (closing after a certain rpm) you won't get decent top end power when your on it. That's what I've read at least.
If its not operating (closing after a certain rpm), not only will high RPM power suffer but your piston may also suffer overheating.

For a basic function check just start the engine, look in the sight glass on the right side of the cylinder and rev the engine. If the valve is operating you will see the linkage move as it closes and opens.
