Thanks for the input. I'll try the crush washer fix this weekend. Hopefully that fixes the problem.

I had the same problem.  I added a brake line banjo bolt crush washer under the impeller bolt along with a dab of silicone sealer.  That was the fix posted on the old site and it fixed the problem for me.

Jerry recommends this fix, not sure if the problem being solved by these two methods is the same...

Spencer's a great guy, I've tried helping, but I can't find the thread about putting an extra washer on the impeller or something like that? He's the closet guy in proximity to me on the site so I want his zilla to work. Then I might finally make it to SL with the hybrid, and him on a zilla. Anybody have a link?

Cylinder to bottom end sealing good?  Mine leaked in that spot before.

When i bought my zilla, the previous owner said it was leaking coolant into the transmission. I figured no big deal the waterpump must be bad. I replaced the waterpump shaft, bearing, impellar, mechanical seal, oil seal, the whole assembly. I put the machine back together, rode it a few minutes, and drained the trans. oil again. The oil was white and had fresh coolant in it again! Any ideas on what could be causing this?  Thanks.
