off the top of my head the black wire white strip and grey wire with the small connector are for tail light.

AC cdi ignition system closes to ground to kill, So if you unplug the key you will take it out of the equation. same with the kill switch. I believe one ground goes to one of the ignition coil bolts and the other comes off the regulator and goes to a frame ground by the steering stem. my .02

Had a spare hour today and broke out the harness and started looking at getting this thing wired up.... couple questions....
Where do you guys run your 2 grounds? Under the regulator up front?? and what about the one towards the rear??
If I'm not running a key, which wire won't be connected?
Also, what does the black wire w/ the grey squares on it go to towards the rear of the harness?
If anyone has pictures of their wiring and how it's all run under the tank and on the backbone I'd LOVE to see them!!!! --> <1> :)
