I aslo dont use front brakes so mine wont be helpful here. I dont like to slowdown. Just aim it and pin it!!
-
Any pics of that setup?
Yeah Mitch, Scored the spindles/hubs/rotors/yfz450 calipers....

I have banshee hubs on my zilla, but I also have custom a arms from Metal Tech. They use heim joints for all contact points including upper and lower ball joint locations.
-
I have itp style rims, cut centers like a shamrock. Redrilling wouldn't work right.
-
What might be cheaper for you is do the Banshee hubs swap, and run dual pattern rims, down load the template for the fronts 4 x 156.
I have a few set for my LT500/DS650 and they work out great.

I have an Ideal, I bit far fetched, could call Lone Star do a group buy on there CNC front hubs for the Banshee spindles with the 0.200" step modification and the 4 x 144 pattern and see what happens, say 10 sets, might get a deal on price, might pass out from there pricing.
FYI Mike, you can get a LTZ400 hub, spindles, brake, rotors for less than $125.00, plus we will need rotors for the new hubs.
FYI the LTZ400 rotors are the same size as the LT500

My extra tires/rims are all Honda pattern. So LTR450/LTZ400 rear hubs was easy, but the front hubs swap isnt.
1) I read about reindexing the front lugs on Zilla hubs. That's a lot of weld building up needed & machining.
2) Read up on LTZ400 front spindle/hubs swap. YFZ450 front brakes bolt right on. Seen pics of the Zilla ball joints maxed out limiting the full droop of the zilla a arms. New a arms make this conversion work.
Anyone know of another way for this swap?
