Big as we could make it with zilla cylinder crack free so its mainly all in stroke!

Ironing out the important details like SIZE come first. Once you settled on what you wanted, then the minor details would set in. :P

I never said that can't be done! If he's got a longer connecting rod or increased stroke, a spacer would be needed!

Well yea, it does. But it at least looks decent enough. It would be a good show bike. Wouldn't be worth a poo on the hill but would do good with mirrors around it
