Here are some more links that may help. I have nor been there for quite a while so my info would be outdated. Sorry I couldnt give you specific answers. St Anthony has such wonderful smooth sand and large large bowls. I am very suprised we don't have a lot of members here from Idaho.

Yeah I got that, was wondering where the campground was in relation to the private campgrounds. Can you have alcohol in the forestry regulated camp?
-
BLM Bureau of Land Management..is government agency running the fed or state owned lands.
-
Where is the Blm? Is it a forestry campground? Coming from twin falls.
-
i was just there in june and am going back in septmber. i stay at the BLM it has ease access to the dune but it is frst come first serve. if you cant get there i would to the sand hills resort.

I have not been to St. anthony for some time--10 years--but those dunes rock. I live close to Utahs little sahara which has bigger dunes but both places are freegin awesome. I will include a link with some information. What part of the country are you coming from?

I have a few weeks off and St Anthony's is only a few hours away. Going up for a few days this weekend. Any recommendations on camp sites and ease of dune access? Thanks in advance
