Is there any place I can ship the jug to and they'll bore it and send it back? I don't have time to do the machine shop dance.
What part of the country are you in.
Our turn around time on cylinder boring is usually less than 3 days.
We have not seen any more problems with the 2 mm over-bores than the smaller sizes as long as the head is cut for the larger piston and it has a head gasket that is compatible with the bore size.

What's that in MM?
70.5mm

The safest overbore is one bore size up from stock.
Wiseco supplies these pistons.
-
ebAY always has kits for sale as for the size, ill let someone with more knowledge with that motor chime in.

What's the safest overbore an '86 jug will handle? And who supplies pistons for said overbore? -->
