The Mojave calipers are a direct swap on the 250 also. They're a bit better than the LT calipers.
-
I have a Kawasaki Mojave master brake cylinder on mine.work with no problems.I just used the banjo that was with the Mojave master cylinder.
-
I changed out to the RM250 front master, stops way better than stock.
-
I think im gonna do the z400 master cylinder. i thought i could just find a lever that would work with the zilla master cylinder
-
Z400 upgrade works awesome! 10 x better than Suzuki stock. Simple mod and worth every penny. Just gotta change banjo bolt. You will be able to do stoppies !! +k2
-
honda trx and suzuki ltr brake parts swap as well they are both nissin but like mitch said watch out for the bolt sizes. i just swapped a trx 450r front master to a lt250r and my yamaha tri z runs a suzuki ltr450 front master cylinder. some motorcycles that do not use radial master cylinders up front will also fit since many are for a 7/8" bar

Just be sure to get the right Banjo Bolt, not the same as the LT500, think the Z400 is a 10mm x 125 pitch, learned this the hard way
-
Thats what i was thinking. I wasnt sure if one would just bolt in or not
-
Alot of us just changed the front master to a Z400 and use the ASV levers.
-
Im looking at an ASV kit on ebay. The clutch lever comes with a new perch, the brake lever is the lever only

The factory bars are 7/8" I'd assume any hydraulic brake lever with that size perch mount would work as long as the line is long enough to reach the front master cylinder.
-
what brake lever fits the zilla?
