dont forget to make sure you have air screw at 2 turns out from closed.
-
60 pilot should be fine to start.
-
thanks GrkGuy should I change pilot also
-
either move needle clip or drop down in jet size.
once you find a jet that you think is the one then do the test. ride with 1/4 thrtl see what motor does. does it run away or load up.
then do half thrtl then full thrtl. if bike want to rev up then its lean, if it holds and runs smooth then your good. if it starts to load up then your rich.
i would try a 185 to 180, to start
-
I have a 200 main and 60. It doesn't hit powerband, Like its running to rich?
-
i had close to the same setup as you, and ran a 172 main, 55 pilot, dgh needle on 3rd clip. this was a keihin pwk39.
-
I have the same Setup 87, 5 wiseco piston and a Paul Turner ex.
Is this really more different at the oem mic. to kei. ?
-
So cal sea level
87.5 mm piston
Hpr19
39 pwk
Stock reeds
Airbox no lid
180 main
58 pilot
Dgh 4th clip from the top
6.0 slide
I cant give you specific jetting for your area, only what I'm running
Oops
-
what elevation are u at or around? are u running air box or open filter
-
